The CRF450RL, based on the CRF450R motocross bike, has been adapted to ride great on the road. Starting with the CRF450R, the frame has been widened slightly to make room for the 6-speed transmission. The engine has been tuned to deliver smooth power transmission, and the suspension and brakes have been upgraded to make the bike more user-friendly on tight trails and on the road.
